As a non-profit organization, we partner with other agencies and our community to support and lessen the financial burden on families who need and deserve to participate in early childhood education.
Our school was designed to provide a community of support for people with non-traditional work schedules, including homeschoolers, contract/remote workers, and blue collar workers like nurses, teachers, firefighters and police officers who are looking for an affordable program with flexible hours, a solid preschool foundation and family support. Our VPK program is one of only a few in Palm Beach County that allows families to only participate in the free VPK hours without having to pay for extra care hours.
Fundraising is a key component to our mission, as it allows us to subsidize the cost of running a high-quality preschool program. With funds raised, we are able to extend outreach by offering free parent trainings and seminars, financial aid to our students, community outreach, and advocacy for early learning.
It also allows us to plan for future expansion, in order to be able to serve all of the families waiting to join the P.L.A.Y. School Community.
